Section 1. Meetings: The ASM African Initiative Group shall hold General Annual Meetings during the ASM General Convention.
Section 2. The admission fee for new applicants for the first year shall be $25.
Section 3. Regular Annual Membership dues shall be $25, payable on or before the General Meeting. No member is exempt from payment of such dues.
Section 4. International members’ application fees shall be waived. Annual membership dues shall be $10.
Section 5. Any member who has not paid his/her dues for two consecutive years forfeits their privilege to vote on any issue put to the floor.
